Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, socks and shoe accessories/spare parts marked as “final sale” cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the product with all original materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Glendale facility using a trackable shipping method (return shipping at your expense).

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly specifying your desired exchange item (subject to availability).

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Return Shipping Costs
